Through an intuitive, user-friendly website, the Planning and Evaluation Resource Center (PERC) provides high quality information on program development, sustainability, and evaluation. By offering the most up-to-date information on all stages of program development and evaluation, PERC provides the tools necessary for youth-serving organizations to be highly successful over time.
